Rabbit Found
A pet rabbit was found on the Kells to Navan road at the beginning of February. He is an adult, white in colour with some light brown markings on his back, around his eyes and his ears. He is possibly a Lionhead cross. He is friendly, used to being handled, curious, playful and sweet. If you have lost a rabbit or know of anyone who has lost a rabbit, please get in touch by calling Ailish on 0868406090
Please be Vigilant
As the weather has gotten so cold, please keep your eye out for stray/lost animals. If an animal comes into your garden or you spot a cat or dog out in the cold, please take it in and call us…this weather is often too much for small pets that are used to being indoors or pets who are vulnerable, injured, young or old. If you come across a cat or dog that you believe is a stray or has been dumped, please take it to safe place and call us straight away on 0857172024 or on 0868406090. If you have a genuine emergency and need our help, do call us on either of the numbers listed above.
Unwanted Christmas Gifts and Donations
Every year, many people receive gifts at Christmas that they don’t have any use for…so we are asking for people to donate those presents to us so we can use them as spot prizes and raffle prizes for our upcoming fundraising events. We are also struggling financially and we are not in a position to take in any more cats or dogs or help any more animals until we have fundraisers in the new year. So if you are able to donate any amount of money however small, please do so.
